The lobby has plenty of things to read even though you will almost never have to wait in the lobby long. We also have a coffee bar for you to grab a cup of coffee as you come in. And the all important doggie cookie jar so you can grab your pet a snack to help them feel more welcome. We have a few boards up on the walls that we use to display cards received from clients and pictures of their pets as well as our staff and their pets. There is even a bucket of toys for kids to play with you just have to ask. We strive to make all clients and pets feel welcome in our hospital.

At the reception desk we will always greet you and your pet with a smile. If you have an appointment we will check you in before we show you to a room to see the doctor. We can also dispense medications, answer any questions you may have and schedule appointments for you.

Here your pet will have 30 minutes with the doctor to be examined and get any treatments necessary as well as for you to ask questions and get answers about your pet's health. We can dispense most medications we prescribe from our own stocked pharmacy and you can go home feeling confident we have given you the tools to get your pet back in perfect health.

Should your pet have to come here to have surgery or stay for the day they would stay in one of these cages in treatment where most of the action happens. There is almost always someone in treatment with them so they are not alone in a strange place. They are set up with anything that they will need for the day (litter box, water, food) and are taken out for frequent potty breaks. We watch over them while they are here like they were our own pets.
